Instructor Profile

Any normal user account can be converted into an instructor account using the Become an Instructor feature on the website.
Team
Team instructor registration collects the following information: Personal Information (including bank details), Team Information, Social Media links (fixed optional fields), and Additional Information (custom dynamic fields), followed by a customisable terms and conditions agreement. The team registration application goes under review, and the instructor can only switch to instructor mode on the web after the admin's approval.
The admin also has the option to reject or suspend a registration with a custom reason. Rejection allows the instructor to resubmit with updated information.
Team instructors have an additional option to manage co-instructors. Co-instructors can be invited using their registered email. If the email is not yet registered in eLMS, the user must first register as an instructor before they can be invited. Co-instructors can be assigned to specific courses and are displayed to users on the course details page. They can manage course details and discussions together, with a separate menu available in their web portal.
Individual
An individual instructor's profile can be created by any user. The registration process requires the same information as team registration, excluding the Team Information fields. An individual instructor can be a co-instructor of one or more team accounts.
Profile Switching
The profile switching feature allows instructors to switch their role between Individual and Team. Each profile switch request must be approved by the admin. To switch to an individual account, all co-instructors must be removed first. To switch to a team account, the required team information must be completed and submitted.
