WRTeam, a leading app development agency, collaborated with Fajur Business Solutions, led by Abdul Shukoor, to develop ClickShoppy a scalable multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace.
ClickShoppy is built to deliver a reliable and affordable digital commerce solution through a zero-commission model. The platform is currently operational in India and Saudi Arabia, with strong potential for global expansion.
Configured under ClickShoppy India (Firebase) and published via Fajur Business Solutions Co. on the Play Store, the project highlights WRTeam’s expertise in eCommerce app development, multi-region architecture, and scalable marketplace solutions.
The collaboration focused on building a flexible ecosystem with localization, payment integration, and a seamless experience across customer, seller, and delivery applications.
Key Customizations Implemented
Multi-Server / Multi-Region Marketplace Support
A server selection mechanism was implemented across all applications allowing users to select their marketplace region during login.
Each region connects to a dedicated backend server, ensuring that user accounts, products, and orders remain specific to that marketplace. Users must log out and switch regions if they want to access a different marketplace.
This architecture enables ClickShoppy to support multiple country deployments using the same platform infrastructure.
Arabic Marketplace Localization
To support the Saudi Arabia marketplace, extensive localization improvements were implemented.
Enhancements include:

Arabic language support across Customer, Seller, and Delivery apps

Arabic UI elements, section titles, and order fields

Multi-language product data entry allowing sellers to add product information in both English and Arabic

Customers can view product data in the language they select
This ensures a seamless experience for Arabic-speaking users while maintaining bilingual marketplace compatibility.
Telr Payment Gateway Integration
The Telr Payment Gateway was integrated to support secure online payments within the Customer App.
